Katherine is the Registered Investment Adviser and Chief Compliance Officer at Angel Light Capital, a duly registered advisory firm with the State of New York. Katherine provides advice about securities to clients, manages and customizes investment portfolios and offers financial planning services.

Her expertise includes evaluating and selecting investments for inclusion in client portfolios and conducting due diligence market research on investment opportunities.

She has at least ten years of experience in the financial services industry, including working as a Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst at Casspium Associates, where she provided support in the start-to-finish process of buy-side acquisition projects. Katherine also worked as a FINRA registered financial representative at Blue Ocean Wealth Solutions (MassMutual), where she helped clients in developing personalized financial strategies, analyzing investment options, and recommending investment products to meet their financial goals.

Katherine obtained her Master's degree in Financial Management from Boston University and had earned her CFA®Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute.
