Katherine is the Registered Investment Advisor and Chief Compliance Officer at Angel Light Capital, a duly registered advisory firm with the State of New York. Her expertise includes evaluating and selecting investments for inclusion in client portfolios and conducting due diligence market research on investment opportunities.

Her prior experience includes working as an M&A Analyst at Casspium Associates, where she provided support in the start-to-finish M&A transaction process of buy-side acquisition projects. Katherine also worked at Blue Ocean Wealth Solutions, as a FINRA registered financial representative and also as a Finance Associate at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund, a $64 billion defined-benefit pension fund operations, where she conducted internal audit and due diligence to improve the fund’s financial reporting procedures and fund’s performance. 

Katherine obtained her Master's degree in Financial Management from Boston University and had earned her CFA®Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute.
